Return Policy

If you have a concern about an item purchased from Aloha Collection, contact us before sending it back so that the request can be reviewed against the information for your order and any rights that apply to your purchase.

Requesting a return

Email kira.suscipitwn@mail.com with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, describe the issue and include relevant photographs where practical. Do not include payment card details.

Preparing your item

Keep the item, its packaging and proof of purchase while your request is being reviewed. Eligibility can depend on the item's condition, the reason for the return and the conditions disclosed when you purchased it. Please request the correct return instructions and destination before dispatching a parcel; a sender address on packaging may not be a return address.

Shipping and refunds

Ask us to confirm any return shipping responsibility and refund arrangements for your specific request before incurring a shipping cost. A return request does not by itself confirm eligibility or a refund. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information if an item is sent back. Refund processing and the time for funds to appear can vary with the payment provider.
